A great way to challenge the front of the body is to challenge stabilization from shoulder to opposite hip. In this instance, the muscles from the left shoulder across to the right hip are working hard to stabilize against the pull of the strap. Bonus: Using the squishy ball gives the hamstrings (R side), a whole lot of stretch on the way up!!!! Who doesn't love to stretch their hamstrings?
